How enquiries are sent
When you submit the quotation form, the details you enter are sent to our server and delivered to Darara Limited by email through our email provider, Resend. If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, a summary is opened in your own WhatsApp chat and leaves your device only when you press send.
What we keep
This website does not store your enquiry in a database — the message is transmitted to our mailbox and then discarded. Our record of it is the email received by Darara Limited, which is also what an email draft in your own mail application would produce.
What we receive
Only the information you decide to send is received — typically your name, contact details and the details of your project or supply requirement. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to discuss your requirements.
